The MMS-V series volumetric metering unit is designed for quantitative feeding of various color masterbatches, additives, or plastic particles.
1. It can simultaneously meet the requirements of external signal input;
2. It has a mandatory material cleaning function, which facilitates the replacement of color masterbatch;
3. The rotational speed can be automatically adjusted with the processing speed of the forming machine to maintain a fixed color master ratio;
4.50 sets of parameter formulas, permanently recording the discharge time and finished product weight (extruder is the maximum output per minute);
5. Use a stepper motor and touch screen controller;
6. It can detect color masterbatch blockage and overload, and will automatically shut down for maintenance and alarm;
7. The dual color master machine is equipped with a stirrer as standard, while the single color master machine model can be equipped with an optional stirrer.
